“I got into coaching because I wanted to give kids a chance to play and learn, just like I had,”
Leonardo shares. His role as the PRO extends beyond communication; he’s an advocate for the players, ensuring their needs are met and that their voices are heard.
His passion for community and football aligns with the mission of Ocean Eleven to empower young people through discipline and teamwork.
Levine "Levco" Vries: Mentorship Beyond Football
Levine "Levco" Vries, who has over 20 years of experience in football development, serves as the team manager at Ocean Eleven.
His role goes far beyond logistics—he’s a mentor to the young players, guiding them in both football and life. Levco shares, “Football is more than just a sport—it’s a tool to shape character and build future leaders.”
Levco’s mentorship extends beyond the pitch. He spends time with the players individually to understand their challenges and help them grow. “Every player is different, and we must bond with them outside of training to better guide them,”
