“432” refers to a historic local telephone exchange prefix once commonly associated with Bloemfontein and surrounding communities — a nod to our shared identity, history, and connection.

Together, D-Dhal-432 stands for the voice of the community — grounded in Heidedal, but reaching far beyond.
